Art enhances interiors

Art can be a very important part of any room scheme; it can bring energy to a room and also create interest. Paintings can inspire colour combinations that you may not have thought of putting together before and lead to a whole room design.

Fabrics for cushions, curtains or a piece of upholstered furniture can be mixed and matched to work with a single painting or piece of art. Co-ordinating different patterns or plain fabrics by a linking colour from the artwork, or just using it as an accent colour in the whole design scheme.

We’ve recently been inspired by a local artist, he has a fantastic collection of paintings ranging from modern contemporary to classic images of Venice and enchanted worlds beyond!
